Warranty Policy

WSKEN warranty only applicable for the products purchased directly at website (www.wsken.my). WSKEN warranty covers the original purchaser and guarantees the product to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship. WSKEN will offer a replacement for the defected product within the warranty period.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to WSKEN and return postage (both way).

What does the warranty not cover?
- Any products not purchased from our website (www.wsken.my).
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers / shop / online marketplace.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper operation or failure to follow instructions contained in this manual.
- Any service or modification performed by an unauthorized person or company.

How long does the coverage last?
- Any magnetic cable (1 Year Warranty)
- Any Magnetic Connector
 (1 Month Warranty)
- Any none magnetic cable (3 Months Warranty)
- Other accessories / products (1 Month Warranty)

How do I claim the warranty?
- If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Return request at here, or contact us at sales@wsken.my.
